Mean Time and where the World millennium celebrations will take
place. The Millennium
Dome will be officially opened by HM
Queen Elizabeth II on 31 December 1999. The Millennium
Experience will be staged in the Millennium Dome from 2 January
2000 until 31 December 2000. But remember that the millennium
doesn't officially begin until 2001.
